wall area

, in relation to a building, means the area (expressed in square metres) of internally exposed external walls, including any door openings, of the building

water main

a water supply pipe that is under the control of, or maintained by a network utility operator

water supply system

pipes, fittings and tanks used or intended to be used for the storage and reticulation of water from a water main or other water source, to sanitary fixtures, sanitary appliances and fittings within a building.
